![]() President Gibson was elected to his fourth term as Local President in 2020 after service as Vice President for four years and Branch President of the Philadelphia NDC for twelve years. Prior to his election as Branch President in 1999 Brother Gibson served as an alternate, regular and chief shop steward. President Gibson has also performed duties as a Regional Representative for the Eastern Area, Area Safety and Health Representative for both the Cap Metro and Eastern Areas. Brother Gibson also currently serves on the National Executive Board as the Eastern Region Vice President and as National Shop Steward Trainer.
![]() Brother Rembelinsky elected to his first term as Local Treasurer in 2020 after serving fourth terms as Pennsylvania State Executive Board Member and Philadelphia P &DC Branch President. Mike's prior service includes more than 23 years as a Chief Shop Steward beginning at the Philadelphia BMC and then the P &DC. Brother Rembelinsky also heads the Local's Political and Legislative activities with his work with the AFL-CIO and has also served our National Office as a Legislative Liaison.
![]() Brother Lee was elected to his second term as Vice President in 2020. Prior to that, Brother Lee, during his 18 years as a Mail Handler at the Philadelphia NDC has served the membership first as an Alternate Steward than as a Regular Steward before becoming Chief Shop Steward in January of 2017.Chris has been representing mail handlers for more than 10 years and during this time he has represented mail handlers at Unemployment, Injury Compensation and Reasonable Accommodation hearings (DRAC). In addition, Chris has represented mail handlers in a number of EEO Redress mediation hearings while also assisting in the preparation of discrimination complaints against the employer. Chris has also been trained in Arbitration Advocacy
![]() Brother Joe Zelenenki is now in his fourth term as both Branch President at the Phila. NDC and as Recording Secretary for Local 308. Joe has been representing mail handlers for over 23 years in a number of different forums including Injury Compensation hearings, EEO and Unemployment Hearings . In addition, he has been trained in Arbitration Advocacy at the George Meany Labor College and has advocated a number of cases including but not limited to, removal actions, which resulted in mail handlers being returned to duty. During his tenure as Phila. NDC Branch President Joe has also filed disputes under the RI-399 provisions to both maintain and gain mail handler positions.

Matt has been representing mail handlers for over 14 years, and during this time he has represented mail handlers at both Unemployment and Workman's Compensation hearings which he has been handling issues for over three years at the Philadelphia NDC .In addition Brother Matteis has been trained in Arbitration Advocacy. ![]() Brother Gohr was elected to his first term as NJ State Executive Board Member and Trenton P&DC Branch President in 2020. Prior to his election he served as alternate, regular, and chief steward since 2004. During that time Brother Gohr has represented Mail Handlers in Injury comp, EEO, RI-399, and Arbitration hearings
![]() Brian elected to his second term in 2020 has been a Mail Handler and NPMHU member for 22 years and became a Union Steward 6 years ago and quickly elevated to Chief Steward on Tour 3. Brother Clark is both humbled and excited to have been elected President of the Delaware P&DC as well as Delaware State Executive Board Member and ready to lead the fight.
