![]() President Gibson was elected to his third term as Local President in 2017 after service as Vice President for four years and Branch President of the Philadelphia NDC for twelve years. Prior to his election as Branch President in 1999 Brother Gibson has served as an alternate, regular and chief shop steward since 1991. Brother Gibson has also performed duties as a Regional Representative for the Eastern Area, Area Safety and Health Representative for both the Cap Metro and Eastern Areas. Local Treasurer Mike Mohan began his career in 1988 at the
Philadelphia Bulk Mail Center where he served as shop steward and chief steward
as well as arbitration advocate. Mike has over 20 years representing Mail
Handlers at the Philadelphia facility and has advocated
cases throughout the Local. Mike is currently serving his second

![]() Newly elected Vice President Chris Lee came into office in March of 2017. Prior to that, Brother Lee, during his 18 years as a Mail Handler at the Philadelphia NDC has served the membership first as an Alternate Steward than as a Regular Steward before becoming Chief Shop Steward in January of 2017.Chris has been representing mail handlers for more than 10 years and during this time he has represented mail handlers at Unemployment, Injury Compensation and Reasonable Accommodation hearings (DRAC). In addition, Chris has represented mail handlers in a number of EEO Redress mediation hearings while also assisting in the preparation of discrimination complaints against the employer. He's been trained in Arbitration Advocacy by National President Paul Hogrogian and National Trainer Tim Dwyer and has used said training while advocating a number of cases.
![]() Recording Secretary Joe Zelenenki is now in his third term as both Branch President at the Philadelphia. NDC and as Recording Secretary for Local 308. Joe has been representing mail handlers for over 20 years in a number of different forums including Injury Compensation hearings, EEO and Unemployment Hearings . In addition, he has been trained in Arbitration Advocacy at the George Meany Labor College and has advocated a number of cases including but not limited to, removal actions, which resulted in mail handlers being returned to duty. During his tenure as NDC Branch President Joe has also filed disputes under the RI-399 provisions to both maintain and gain mail handler positions
![]() Brother Campellone's current term as NJ State Executive Board Member makes it his fourth. Nick also serves as the Branch President of the South Jersey P & DC where he has been thrice elected and twice appointed. In addition, Brother Campellone serves the Local as an arbitration advocate. Over the course of his Union service Nick has held a number of positions including Shop Steward, Chief Shop Steward, Contract Administrator for the South Jersey plant and legislative activist during our most recent National Legislative Conference.
![]() Brother Rembelinsky is now serving his fourth term as Pennsylvania State Executive Board Member and Philadelphia P &DC Branch President. Mike's prior service includes more than 20 years as a Chief Shop Steward beginning at the Philadelphia BMC and then the P &DC. Brother Rembelinsky also heads the Local's Political and Legislative activities with his work with the AFL-CIO and has also served our National Office as a Legislative Liaison during our two most recent election cycles
![]() Brother Carson began his postal career at the LeGree S. Daniels (Harrisburg) P&DC in 1993. He is currently serving in his fourth term as Branch President. Brother Carson also serves NPMHU Local 308 as an arbitration advocate.
![]() Brian has been a Mail Handler and NPMHU member for 19 years and became a Union Steward 3 years ago and quickly elevated to Chief Steward on Tour 3. Brother Clark is both humbled and excited to have been elected President of the Delaware P&DC and ready to lead the fight.

![]() Lancaster Branch President Shelby Root began his career at the Lancaster P&DC in 2000. Currently serving his third term as Branch President, Shelby also represents Mail Handlers at the Lancaster Carrier Annex as their shop steward. Brother Root also represents the Local as an Arbitration Advocate.
![]() Sean Craig began his service as Branch President of the Lehigh Valley Branch of Local 308 in March, 2014. He has been a Postal employee and Mail Handler since August, 1998 and was a shop steward for three plus years. |
