Steward Training

Steward Training was held in July 2008 using the new revised Shop Steward Manual. Local 308 had more then 70 union officials attend. The new administration promised they would work at getting our union reps trained and they made good on their word. All in attendance gained knowledge from National Shop Steward Trainer Samuel C. D'Ambrosio. Now your stewards are ready and waiting to help you with their newly gained knowledge. Thank you Sam for the great job you did we truely appreciate it.



 

 

 

Inauguration of Union Officials

The swearing-in of newly elected and reelected union officials took place on Monday, March 17, 2008, at Swan Caterer's Waterfall Room in South Philadelphia. Honored guests were John Hegarty, NPMHU President; Mark Gardner, NPMHU Secretary-Treasurer; and Sam D'Ambrosio, Vice President-Eastern Region.
